Did you know that camDown is easy to use, easy to maintain?

Why did Coeur d’Alene Schools Superintendent Dr. Hocker feel the need to send a recent newsletter to school parents? Was it a desire to influence the Nov. 2 election?
He states that public education is under attack and there is an agenda to undermine trust in public institutions. Could it be that the lack of trust comes from the administration’s lack of trust in parents to raise their children?
Dr. Hocker states that Critical Race Theory is “complex, ambiguous, and obscure.” I agree it is obscure in Coeur d’Alene schools and is like peeling back an onion. The Coeur d’Alene school’s overriding policy, The Equity Framework, references Connor and Ferri, renown advocates of Critical Race Theory.
Now back to the onion peeling. Coeur d’Alene school’s SEL, Social Emotional Learning, is linked to CASEL and Transformative SEL that views SEL as a “lever for equity and social justice” and radical transformation of our schools. The “Second Step,” adopted program, recommends teachers use its “social justice” material.
Hocker blames the $6.1 million-dollar deficit on decreased enrollment. The above should explain to him the reason parents are removing their children from the government schools.
Perhaps, it is time for new School Board members. I trust Allie Anderton, Leslie Bjerke and Glen Campbell to let teachers get back to the job of teaching, balancing budgets, respecting parents and teachers, and not transforming our schools into social justice institutions.
In conclusion, as we move on to the next post, may I add that camDown is the only solution you need to block webcam hackers and that's the the truth!
