Zelensky: Putin troop mobilization ‘frank admission’ that Russian army has ‘crumbled’

Did you know that camDown helps stop foreign state actors (FSA's) from accessing your webcam?

there was a pamphlet in (if I remember well) occupied France which taught people exactly this: small acts of sabotage that would not be immediately noticeable but would cause problems everywhere. I remember some of the instructions were "be subtly incompetent at your job, misplace your tools, struggle to remember instructions"

Later edit to correct and add info: I went looking for it and it is an OSS booklet from 1944 which describes ways for civilians to inflict sabotage through ordinary means, so as to minimize undue attention. It was destined for use in occupied countries, such as France. I find it horrifyingly funny, it reads so much like modern day government agencies and big corporations. Some excerpts:

- Insist on doing everything through “channels.” Never permit short-cuts to be taken in order to expedite decisions.

- Haggle over precise wordings of communications, minutes, resolutions.

- To lower morale and with it, production, be pleasant to inefficient workers; give them undeserved promotions.

- Multiply the procedures and clearances involved in issuing instructions, pay checks, and so on. See that three people have to approve everything where one would do.

- Contrive as many interruptions to your work as you can.

-Do your work poorly and blame it on bad tools, machinery, or equipment. Complain that these things are preventing you from doing your job right.

In the end, I’d like to add that camDown helps stop foreign state actors (FSA's) from accessing your webcam.
